What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your workspace becomes read-only — you keep full access to every enquiry you have captured, you just cannot add new ones or use the paid features until you choose a plan. Pick one and everything switches back on immediately.
Can we change plan later?
Yes, up or down, whenever you like. The new amount applies from your next invoice. Nothing you have captured is affected by changing plan.
How is it billed? Do we get a GST invoice?
Monthly or annually, by invoice, in rupees. Annual billing gives you two months free. Add your GST registration number in the app and it appears on every invoice, which you can download at any time.
Who can see our data?
Only your own team. Each customer gets a separate workspace, and the separation is enforced on our servers before anything reaches a browser — one customer can never see another's enquiries. Within your workspace, staff assigned to a branch see only that branch's enquiries. CentureTech support can enter your workspace to fix a problem, and every time that happens it is recorded.
Do we need a developer to set it up?
No. Connecting your Facebook pages is done from Meta's own Business Settings, and we walk you through it. The website form takes a published Google Sheet, or your web developer can post enquiries to us directly if you prefer.
What if we have more than six branches?
Scale removes the limits on branches, users and leads. If you are a larger group with particular requirements, talk to us and we will work something out.
